Warranty

All DCC loco conversions come with a three month return to base (RTB) warranty.

Should your loco develop a fault during this period, you can return it to us and we will investigate the problem for you free of charge. If the issue is determined to be as a result of the decoder installation, and a repair is reasonably practical, we will also repair the loco free of charge.

This warranty does not cover accidents or misuse, and this will be determined at our discretion with the decision being final. Although some decoders can run on DC, we do not recommend it and doing so will invalidate your warranty. Locos that do not pass the arrival bench test are also not covered. If the loco is sold on after the conversion, the warranty is still valid and transfers to the new owner for the remainder of the warranty period.

Shipping is not included - return shipping is charged at our prevailing standard rate.
